Document Management

The Attachments tab allows users to upload, view, and manage documents directly within a matter. This feature ensures that all related files are securely stored and easily accessible in one centralized location.
To upload and manage documents:
  1. Navigate to the Matters section from the left-hand menu.
  2. Open any specific matter by clicking its title.
  3. Select the Attachments tab in the matter’s top menu bar.
  4. Click the Upload button to add new documents.
Uploaded documents display the following details:
  1. File Name – Click to preview or download the document.
  2. Uploaded By – Shows the user who uploaded the file.
  3. Uploaded On – Date the file was added.
  4. Actions:
    • Preview the document directly within the platform.
    • Download the document.
    • Delete the document.
Document Preview:
Selecting a document will instantly preview it on the right-hand panel, allowing users to review the file without downloading it. For a full-screen view, click the expand icon in the preview panel.
