Matter Reporting Status

The Reporting Status setting allows you to control whether a matter should be included in system-generated reports.
  • Enable: The matter is marked for inclusion in all relevant reports. This is typically used when the matter is active, ongoing, or needs to be tracked for analysis and audit purposes.
  • Disable: The matter is excluded from reports. This can be useful for internal-only items, duplicates, or cases not requiring reporting.
Note: You can set the reporting status only when you accept a matter and can be changed at any point during the matter’s lifecycle.
