Matter Updates

You can use the Updates field to document progress, decisions, clarifications, or any relevant notes during the life cycle of a matter.
To add an update:
  1. Navigate to the Details tab of the selected matter.
  2. Scroll to the Updates section.
  3. Type your update in the box. You can apply formatting such as bold, italic, underline, and bullet points.
  4. Click Submit to save your update.
Note: Updates entered here may be pulled into reports, depending on what is selected during report generation.
Each time an update is made, the system logs the date and the name of the person who added it. This ensures accountability and transparency throughout the review and reporting process.
